<p><font size="2">Governor Douglas will be at the Brown Public Library in Nor</font><font size="2">thfield on Monday, April 16 from 10:15 &#8211; 11:00 to kick-off National Library Week, by participating in the library&#8217;s story hour and signing the NLW proclamation.  <font size="2"><font size="2">The State Board of Libraries will meet following the ceremony and encourages those attending to stay for all or part of the meeting which will run until approximately 12:30 pm.  The Board would be interested in hearing from you about what is going on in your library.  </font></font></font><font size="2"><font size="2"><font size="2">Hope to see you at the Brown Public Library which is located at 93 S. Main St. (VT Rte 12) in Northfield.</font></font></font><font size="2"> </font></p>
<hr />A few weeks ago <font size="2"><font size="2">Debra Edmands, Director of the Fairlee Public Library, offered to compile a list of Who Reads What in Vermont based on submissions from public librarians who were asked to <font size="2">collect a list of 1 or 2 titles of good reads from librarian staff, patrons, trustees, and legislators.   So take a look at <a href="http://dol.state.vt.us/GOPHER_ROOT5/LIBRARIES/MISC/WRWINVT.HTM" title="Who reads What in VT" onclick="javascript:urchinTracker ('/outbound/article/dol.state.vt.us');"><font color="#006633">Who Read What in Vermont</font></a>.  If you didn’t get chance to contribute to Debra’s list, feel free to leave a comment here to let us know your picks.</font></font></font></p>
