Keystone Mini-Grant Program 2010-2011
The focus of Keystone Park, Recreation and Conservation Grants for the 2010-2011 has changed in response to the growing need of libraries to accomplish projects of a smaller scope. In this way, we hope to make Keystone funds accessible to more libraries by offering funding for small, non-routine projects. This category of projects is defined as a total cost of $25,000 with up to ½ supported from Keystone funds. Funds can be used to install energy efficient lighting, window replacement and much more. With the broadened scope of acceptable projects is a streamlined application process. You are invited to apply.
