Show Me the Money’ Grant Workshop
Community Partnerships Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) will host a “Show Me The Money” grant workshop in Shamokin Dam (near Selinsgrove) from Monday, September 20 to Friday, September 24, 2010. The author of the grant workshop curriculum is Denise Schlegel – a national trainer, facilitator, and grant writer with more than 25 years of experience in grant writing. Denise has a 90 percent success rate in grant funding and was instrumental in forming the Department of Homeland Security.  Larry Schardt, Ph.D., will facilitate the course. He is a federal coordinator for the Natural Resources Conservation Service and a Penn State University professor with 20 years of experience in grant writing.Sam Price, executive director of Community Partnerships RC&D, and Natural Resources Specialist Kevin Morgan will also assist with the course.
DATE:  Sept 20-24
COST:  $535 (early registration submitted byFriday, September 3, 2010). After that, registration is $585.
