DCDL places a high value on friendly customer service and has an active program of service to children, teens and parents. The successful candidate will have a strong customer service focus, the ability to hold children’s attention during programs, the ability to multi-task, and excellent verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree required; experience working with children and experience in libraries preferred.

The salary is $11.99 – $20.11 per hour, with generous benefits and a strong institutional commitment to continuing education. This is a full-time position and will include working some nights & weekends.
