Lorrie Germann, State E-Rate Coordinator has the following news for the Ohio E-Rate Community

The 2009-2010 funding year is off to a good start.  Waves 1-4 have been posted, with Wave 5 expected to be announced on Tuesday, May 27th.   If you would like to check the status of your Form 471 applications, go to http://www.sl.universalservice.org/FY3_form471/471StatusCheck.asp .  You will see the application status at the top of the page, with the explanation key listed below.

As Form 471 applications are processed, you may receive a request from PIA Review asking for additional information.  When PIA reaches out to you:

·         Provide complete responses to questions within 15 days

·         Request additional time, if needed

·         Ask for clarification if you don’t understand

If you need assistance in responding, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I hope you all have a safe and happy Memorial Day weekend.

Sincerely,

Lorrie Germann
