Many of you will be posting your FY09 LSTA Grant Update in the next 2 months on the WJIL LSTA page. We encourage you to include photos and graphics as a part of your report. However, to avoid a problem with the size of your file, if you insert images, please resize those images with an image editing program to reduce the overall file size prior to inserting them in Word. Another option is to save the Word document as a PDF which will compress the images as the PDF is generated. Total file size for documents can not exceed 3M.

In this 30 minute session we review the steps for uploading a document to WJIL and the process documents go through for approval prior to access on the site. This session is highly recommended for LSTA Grant recipients since the example process shows how to post your LSTA updates to WebJunction Illinois.
