School libraries at Central High School in Breese, Carrollton High School in Carrollton, Mater Dei High School in Breese, and Triad High School in Troy are sharing curriculum resources through an LSTA grant project titled Sharing PERKs: Providing Educational Resource Kits.
Librarians and teachers collaboratively created curriculum kits that include lesson plans, resources, such as books and DVDs, and other supplementary materials. All kits are intended to aid high school students in attaining Illinois Learning Standards. All kits are cataloged in OCLC and are available through interlibrary loan.
