Diversity Cookbook

By WJIL Project Team | September 4th, 2007 | Comment?

Developed by a team of librarians at the Ocean County Library, the Diversity Cookbook is an online database created to assist in planning diversity programs.  The cookbook has three main functions: browse, search and add your own recipes. You can browse or view all recipes to get a broad idea of what other libraries are doing. You can also search for specific “recipes” based on one or any combination of the following: Focus group, Age Group, Difficulty, or Prep Time. If you are in an Illinois library and have developed and delivered a successful diversity program, take the time to add your recipe to this unique Diversity Cookbook.
