This three hour training session, via OPAL, will instruct the participating librarians how to conduct e-mail, chat and the Administration portion of the virtual reference program using OCLC’s QuestionPoint 24/7.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will receive their authorization/password and have the skills ready to start the service in their own library. In order to participate in this session, it will be necessary to download a small applet. Instructions on how to connect to OPAL will be sent to you after we receive your registration.

MAC users will not be able to use OPAL. Contact Debbie Aggert for details on how to join the project!
