The State Library is extending the deadline for the Annual Report and Application for State Aid to November 21 at 4 P.M.  We hope the extra week will be helpful for those whose libraries have been most affected by Hurricane Sandy.  And let’s hope Mother Nature gives out more treats and less tricks for Halloween next year.
