The Connecticut State Library compiles Interlibrary Loan statistics from academic, government, and public libraries.   It is time for academic and government libraries to submit their interlibrary loan statistics for FY2012 on this Survey Monkey form.  Deadline for submission is August 1.

Public libraries will report their ILL statistics on the Annual Report and Application for State Aid which libraries fill out in the fall.
