For the third year in a row, library use statistics at Connecticut public libraries have gone up.  All this in spite of cut-backs in many libraries of book budgets, open hours, and staff.  The staffing level in public libraries is at its lowest level in 10 years.  This new flyer illustrates the increases in state-wide library use.
