A preview of the Public Library Annual Statistical Report and Application for State Aid survey questions is now available.  This is the survey all CT public libraries will fill out this fall for FY2010.  30 questions were dropped from last year’s survey and about a dozen were added.  There are new questions on a library’s ILS, the library card expiration date, non-English language collections, and the number of staff dedicated to children’s and YA services.

If you are curious about the survey and its new questions, this preview (PDF) lists all the questions.   New questions are shown in yellow.  Please remember  that libraries who, for whatever reason, can’t answer a question may use “N/A” as an answer.
