May 7, 2010 CCADD ‘Aging Individually’ Conference – Wethersfield

The Connecticut Coalition on Aging and Developmental Disabilities, the CT Department of Developmental Services, and the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities are co-hosting a conference entitled Aging Individually on Friday, May 7th from 8:15 am – 2:30 pm at the Keeney Center in Wethersfield.

Alert your patrons and consider attending yourself if at all possible.

Conference programs include and overview of Connecticut’s Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs), a VITAS Innovative Hospice Care Panel Discussion “The Right to the Medicare and Medicaid Hospice Benefit for People with Intellectual Disabilities,”and an Assistive Technology Session.
