Public libraries take note.  The deadline for submitting your Annual Report and Application for State Aid is November 13 at 5 P.M.  All public libraries should have received information on how to log-in to the Bibliostat website in order to complete the survey.  Bibliostat has a new web interface which should be easy to use.  We have more information and a short tutorial if you need more help.

Principal public libraries that suffered significant budget cuts recently should know that the maintenance of effort requirement for the State Aid grant has been waved this year.
