The Connecticut State Library will be conducting a brief survey during the week of October 22nd to determine the volume of items being shipped on Connecticar. For planning purposes we like to periodically get a sampling of the volume on Ccar. Our last two surveys showed very different figures so we plan on repeating the survey twice a year. Later in the year we also will be following up with a more detailed survey to investigate delivery time.

During the week of October 22nd we will be asking every library receiving delivery to count all incoming shipments on Ccar and enter the number in an online survey website.

Details about the survey will be posted on the Ccar listserv. If you receive delivery on Ccar at least one staff person should be signed up for the Ccar listserv.
